The City of Richmond is undergoing a lot of change in their infrastructure. Their downtown offices are being rebuilt which have caused the City of Richmond offices to be vacated temporarily for more palatial offices in the Marina District with views of San Francisco and its Bay nearby. This gives us a rare opportunity to look into the process of planning and implementing new infrastructure for our computing environments.
