Speaker's Bio:
Ronald H. Jayne is President of Innovative Technologies, Ltd. (ITL), a technology consulting firm based in Glen Ellen, California.  Mr. Jayne has over 10 years experience as a vendor including Executive Vice President of one software company and President of another; both selling application software to government agencies.  For the past 15 years he has worked specifically with California government agencies as a consultant and project manager.  He has written four publications on the acquisition of technology in government, and he is a technology instructor for two state wide associations here in California. He completed his education in Contract Law and Contract Negotiations at the Data Tech Institute in Newark, New Jersey.  He has served on several federally funded data standards committees in Washington, D.C. and he has taught at the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada and at the technology center at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
